Clay has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. He served as a Board Member for a regional investment firm where, over the years, he fulfilled many responsibilities including, running the firm's Manager Research team, managing an asset allocation based investment strategy and leading the firm's Business Development group. Clay graduated from Wake Forest University in 1996 and earned his MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business in 2003. He is a Certified Investment Management Analyst professional. He and his wife Stewart have four children, Cleighton, Janie, Luke and Wright, all of whom he has enjoyed coaching over the years. Clay is passionate about his current or past Board work with St. Andrew’s School, St. Christopher’s School, Richmond Little League, the Richmond Community ToolBank, as well as his time on the Vestry of Grace & Holy Trinity Church.
