Craig Forbes, CIMA®
Principal and Co-Founder
Craig has over 25 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry including stints at the Virginia State Treasury, Federal Reserve, Prudential Securities and SunTrust Capital Markets. During the last 20 years he and his team have managed equity and bond portfolios for a number of institutional and high net worth clients. He has a BA from the Virginia Military Institute and an MBA from the College of William & Mary. He earned the Certified Investment Management Analyst designation (CIMA®) from the Investment Management Consultants Association. Additionally, he is very involved in the community, currently as Board Member and Past President of the Venture Forum Executive Committee. Previously he was President of the Central Virginia Treasury Management Association, on the Executive Committee of the VMI Alumni Board, President of Kanawha Recreation Association, and on the Troop Committee of a local Boy Scout troop. Craig is a retired Major, U.S. Army Reserves. He is fluent in French.
LeAnn Mitchell, CRPC®
Chief Compliance Officer, Director of Client Services and Co-Founder
LeAnn has over 15 years of experience in financial services with John Hancock, First Union, Scott & Stringfellow, Prudential Securities and SunTrust Capital Markets. She has a BA from Bentley College and has earned the designation of Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®). She and her husband, Scott, have one daughter, Kaitlyn.
Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Vice President
Clay has more than 21 years of experience in the financial services industry. Formerly a Senior Vice President and Board Member of Davenport & Company, Clay served in a variety of capacities including, Head of Manager Research and Head of the Business Development Group. Clay graduated from Wake Forest University in 1996 and earned his MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business in 2003. He and his wife Stewart have four children, Cleighton, Janie, Luke and Wright, all of whom he has enjoyed coaching over the years. Clay is passionate about his Board work with St. Andrew’s School, St. Christopher’s School, and the Richmond Community ToolBank, where he currently serves as President. He enjoys his volunteer work and public speaking opportunities with Junior Achievement, and loves his church, Grace & Holy Trinity.
Chris is a member of the firm’s investment committee and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level III candidate. He is a graduate of Virginia Military Institute with a major in economics and business. While pursuing a concentration in financial management at VMI, he served on the Cadet Investment Group as a health care analyst. Prior to joining Alpha Omega, Chris interned for a Richmond-based Investment Management company. He is involved in the community as the Chariman of the UnBoundRVA Emerging Leaders Board. Chris stays involved with his alma mater as a member of the VMI Economics & Business Academic Advisory Board.
Everett Reveley, CFP®, AIF®, CRCP™
Senior Financial Advisor
Everett has over 18 years of experience in the finance industry. He previously worked at Davenport & Company as a member of the Executive Administration team and as a Financial Advisor. During an earlier stint at Davenport, Everett worked as an Analyst in the firm’s Research Department. Before and between his times at Davenport, he worked at the U.S. Treasury Department in Washington, DC. Everett graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Princeton in 2000. He also earned a M.A. in Economics from VCU in 2001 and a M.B.A. from UVA in 2006. He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®), and a Certified Compliance and Regulatory Professional (CRCP™). Everett currently serves on the boards of the Fan District Association, Historic Polegreen Church Foundation, Church Hill Activities and Tutoring (CHAT), RVA Rapid Transit, Westminster Canterbury Richmond, and Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church. He resides in Richmond with his wife, Anne Randolph.
Clement has over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. Formerly a Vice President at Davenport & Company, Clement worked in Business Development and served as Financial Advisor. A native of Charlotte, North Carolina, Clement graduated from Hampden-Sydney College in 2007 with a B.A in Economics. He and his wife, Whitney, live in Richmond with their two children, Claire and Charlie, and their black lab, Birdie. In addition, Clement is involved in the community through his current service as Vice Chairman of the Board for Richmond Community ToolBank.

Maggie is a 2017 graduate of the University of Mary Washington (UMW) where she majored in International Business. While in college she worked not only for the University of Mary Washington Admission Office as a Washington Guide, but also interned for Nicole Cole Financial Services Group. One of the highlights from her time at UMW was her study abroad experience in Milan, Italy at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, where she learned more about business management from an international perspective. Another cool thing about Maggie – she was a member of the UMW women’s rugby, which included winning the NCAA Division III national women’s rugby championship one year. In her free time Maggie enjoys hiking and traveling around the world.
Carl Lind, CFP®
Senior Investment Manager
Carl has more than 39 years of experience in banking and investment management, the last 20 years with Diveley Lind & Associates, LLC, which he co-founded in the Shenandoah Valley with Lynn Diveley. Prior to that, Carl worked in banking in the Valley, spending significant time in the internal audit department and trust department. At Diveley Lind, Carl’s primary responsibilities were investment management and client relationships. He has a BA from Virginia Tech, and earned the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) professional designation in 1994. Carl is active in the Staunton Rotary Club, where he is a Past President, and he is a Past President of the Community Foundation of the Central Blue Ridge. Carl is a Director Emeritus of the Blue Ridge Community College Educational Foundation Board, and has served in various capacities on the boards of many other community organizations. Carl and his wife have two adult children, and he is an avid West Coast Swing dancer.
Lynn Diveley, CFP®

Lynn brings the perspective of over 30 years in financial services industry where she has assisted clients with planning and wealth management. She was a founding principal of Diveley Lind & Associates, LLC. Prior to forming Diveley Lind, she spent several years in the trust industry at Sovran Bank (now Bank of America), New Century Bank in Michigan and Jefferson Bank in Illinois. She is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), and Accredited Asset Management Specialist. Her professional memberships include the Central Virginia Estate Planning Council where she is past president, the Institute of Certified Financial Planners and the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA). She is active in her community, currently serving on the foundation board of Sentara/RMH and as a board member of Blue Ridge Community College. She is a past president of the Harrisonburg Rotary Club, where she is still a member, past president of the Staunton Augusta Waynesboro Community Foundation, and past treasurer and board member of the Stonewall Jackson Area Council, Boy Scouts of America. Mrs. Diveley resides in New Hope, Virginia with her husband Dave. She has two grown sons, Joshua and Christopher.
Holly Ruff, CFA®

Holly has over 15 years of experience in financial services industry working with both institutions and individuals. She previously held positions at E*Trade and Saxon Mortgage. Holly earned a BA from the University of Virginia and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Holly enjoys gardening and spending time outdoors. She is also involved in her community as a master gardener and serves on the board of Karis in Mt. Sidney, VA. Holly and her husband, Matt, reside in the Shenandoah Valley with their two dogs.
Eric Fitzgerlad, CFP®
Eric has 8 years of experience in the financial services industry. He began his career working for Day and Company, a CPA firm in Knoxville, Tennessee that also had an RIA. For two years, Eric was a paraplanner at Wealth Management Corporation, an RIA in Knoxville during which time he earned his Certified Financial Planner professional designation (CFP®). Prior to joining Alpha Omega, Eric was an investment advisor at TVAMP (Tennessee Valley Asset Management Partners) where he worked directly with clients to provide financial planning services. Eric was also the primary advisor responsible for the wealth management program at Sevier County Bank in Tennessee. Before returning to Staunton, Eric was a part of Sevier County’s Leadership Tomorrow class of 2018 – a community program designed to provide leadership training and education to young adults. Eric and his wife Jessica reside in Staunton with their two young sons Jackson and Asher.
Art Washburn, CIMA®
Art spent more than 20 years in the financial services business at Signet Bank, Prudential Securities and SunTrust Capital Markets. He graduated with a BA from Wake Forest University and an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University. He earned the Certified Investment Management Analyst designation (CIMA®) from the Investment Management Consultants Association. He was involved in the community as a Board Member for the Virginia Chapter of Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and Board Member of Henrico Business Leaders. He is past Board Member and Chair of the American Heart Association (Central VA), and past Board Member Richmond Strikers Soccer Club. He also served on the National Leadership Council for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
