The Alpha Omega Shenandoah Valley office is officially open. We looked for a space convenient to I-81 and centrally located to our Shenandoah Valley client base. After searching for several months, we found a space at Ingleside, inside the Staunton city limits and just south of Verona.
You may already be familiar with this location. For those who don’t know the history — Ingleside was built in the late 1920s as a premier Virginia resort. Constructed on a hill overlooking Route 11, the resort featured a 130 room hotel with air conditioning (not so common in the 1920s), restaurant, golf course, two swimming pools and tennis courts. The golf course has hosted five Virginia State Opens, and Johnny Cash and Elizabeth Taylor have stayed at the resort. Today, only the golf course still operates, but there are plans to renovate the resort.
Our office is in the newly-renovated Ingleside building down the hill and closest to Route 11. We occupy the center Suite 6, which is the only two story section of this building. Sam’s Hot Dogs is the other other tenant in the building, but we look forward to other neighbors moving in soon. We’re still putting the finishing touches on the place, but we have all the necessities for a functional office including a couple of different areas for meetings. A number of clients visited already. We invite you to stop by and see us.
